Welcome to Looop. By downloading, installing, or using the Silver360 mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Looop is a personal coordination and safety app designed to help users share selected health, location, and financial signals with trusted individuals or groups. You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided by the App and any decisions or actions you take based on it.
2. No Medical, Financial, or Emergency Advice
Looop does not provide medical, financial, legal, or emergency advice. Any content or data made available through the App is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
3. User-Provided Data and Consent
Looop enables users to connect third-party services and devices to gather and share personal data, including but not limited to:

Location Data: Collected via the user's mobile device (with permission).

Health Data: Pulled from Apple HealthKit and connected wearable devices (e.g., Apple Watch, Fitbit).

Financial Data: Synced by the user via a secure connection to their bank account through a third-party service provider (e.g., Plaid).
By using the App and connecting these services, you consent to:

Looop accessing and storing this data for the purpose of enabling selected members of your group to view it.

The sharing of this information only with the people you explicitly authorize.
You acknowledge that:

You are voluntarily providing this information.

You understand how and with whom your information is shared.

You are solely responsible for its accuracy and completeness.
4. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Timeliness
Looop strives to provide accurate and timely updates but does not guarantee that data will be available in real-time or without interruption. We are not liable for:

Any delays, interruptions, or failures in delivering updates.

Inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information.

Any decisions or outcomes resulting from your or others’ reliance on data provided through the App.
5. User Conduct
You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

Not misuse the app to harm, harass, or mislead others.

Not falsify or manipulate any data submitted or received through the App.
Looop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

DATA ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR RELIABILITY
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILVER360, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP

ANY DELAY OR FAILURE TO TRANSMIT DATA

RELIANCE ON DATA RECEIVED THROUGH THE APP

ANY HARM RESULTING FROM DATA SHARED WITH OR RECEIVED FROM OTHERS
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silver360 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

Your use of the App

The sharing or use of your personal information

Your violation of these Terms

Any disputes or issues with third parties who access your data through the App
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Data Privacy Policy, which describes how your data is collected, used, and shared. You are encouraged to review it carefully before continuing.
10. Changes to the Terms
Silver360 may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, and you waive any right to a class-action suit.
